Bonds have been in a pattern of printing lower daily cycle highs. The close below the lower daily cycle band indicates this pattern continues.
Bonds peaked on Tuesday, day 12. A peak on day 12 begins to shift the likelihood of this daily cycle forming as a right translated cycle. A swing high formed yesterday. Today bonds lost the 50 day MA in a clear and convincing manner which signals that bonds have begun their primary decline into their impending daily cycle low.
Bonds also closed below the lower daily cycle band today. A close below the lower daily cycle cycle band indicates that bonds have also entered an intermediate cycle decline.
The Miners have already been in a daily cycle decline.
The daily Miner cycle peaked on day 11. It looked as though that the Miners were going to deliver a bullish break above the declining trend line on Wednesday. That was reversed causing the Miners to break below support and continue their daily cycle decline.
Thursday was 21 for the daily Miner cycle. The Miners are in their timing band to seek out a daily cycle low. So now we begin to hunt for a swing low to mark the daily cycle low.
